Our IICRC certified firm will do all that we can to minimize secondary damages by quickly and efficiently mitigating each loss, all while communicating throughout the process. We also know how important it is to get you, the Insurer, all the information and Xactimate estimates as quickly as possible.
We utilize best-in-class restoration management software, cutting edge inspection tools and metering devices, as well as state of the art 4K 3D cameras to capture the loss information before, during and after the work is complete. With one call, your policy holder will be speaking with a friendly and knowledgeable CORE representative who will assist in gathering initial loss information details that are input into our software. We will then dispatch an IICRC certified manager and technicians to make an initial site visit, put the client at ease, and begin the mitigation process. While on site our crew will begin photo documentation, create Matterport snapshots of the affected areas, and input on-site loss notes that will be immediately available for you, the insurer to review.
Every loss is unique, and therefor, timelines vary. However, we will do everything we can to get you the information and estimates you need to keep the claim moving forward on your end. We ALWAYS answer our phones and emails, so never hesitate to reach out!
